Client-Generated Content License Agreement

Limitless Production Group LLC is unique compared to other multi-media companies in the fact it offers its potential clients two forms of the Client-Generated Content License Agreement - Non-exclusive and Exclusive for Profit.

In order for Limitless Production Group LLC (“LPG”, “us”, “we”, “our”) to be able to use said media “content” that we have either found or that was sent to us across all our media platforms, we need to collect from the content owner (“they”, “the owner’s”, “the owner”) a verbal or digitally confirmation from the owner’s agreement to the license. Once we have this agreement, LPG can then work to promote said content across our various social media platforms and through our affiliates (“the broker”, “our broker”) which includes attempting to sell the owner’s content.

By accepting our license agreement, the owner agrees to the following based on which Agreement they want to accept:

Non-exclusive

  1. Upon approval, the following is true for the said license of the owner’s content:

    • non-expiring

    • non-revocable

    • non-exclusive (they are able to license this content to others)

    • royalty-free (no payment
